Appointments

Appointments:  Dr. Pratt sees patients by appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  New patient visits are scheduled for 2 hours.  Established patient visits are scheduled for 1 hour.  Patients on behavioral medications must be seen at least every 3 months.

Billing:  Currently, Dr. Pratt participates with the following insurance plans only:  BCBS, Anthem BCBS (not Care First).  Dr. Pratt is a TRICARE authorized, non-network provider.  For all other plans, payment is expected at the time of service by check, Visa, or MasterCard.  Parents will be provided with a super-bill for submission to insurance and healthcare spending account providers for reimbursement (which may vary according to the specific plan.)  Please check with your insurance provider prior to the appointment to be sure Dr. Pratt’s services are covered.  Dr. Pratt cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover her services.  

Fees:    Established Patient (1 hour appointment):  $285.00

New patient (2 to 3 hour appointment): $590.00

Testing: $120.00 to $220.00 (may not be covered by insurance)

                Prescription refills (if more than 3 months since last appointment):  $50.00

Missed appointment (without 48 hour notice):  $200.00

Other services:  Dr. Pratt is available by phone and e-mail 6 days per week for her established patients.  Voice mail and e-mail are checked daily, except on Sundays.  Please expect a reply within 48 hours.  For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Communication Policy:  Dr. Pratt abides by all HIPAA provisions.  Further information about privacy policies is available upon request.
